How much is shipping?
First Class starts at $2.36 and Priority starts at $4.95To calculate the exact shipping costs for your order just add the items you are interested in to your cart. Then view your card and under where the items are listing you can enter your Country, State, and Zip Code. Then you will be give the exact price of the different types of shipping that we offer.
We cannot guarantee overnight delivery if order is received after 1:30 pm Pacific Time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, see chart above for rates.
Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
Sorry, but our inventory changes so often that we are unable to provide paper catalogs.
It has been a few days and my order still says Processing, what does this mean? Sometimes we get backed up with orders and it can take a day or two to process them. We do not charge credit cards until merchandise ships so if we are unable to ship your order for any reason you will not be charged anything.
Can I get more than 7 letters on the custom buckles?
While there are some exceptions most of the time you cannot, email us at email@example.com to find out.
How long does it take to ship?
Most orders will ship out in 24-48 hours.
Do you deal in wholesale or bulk orders?

Do the buckles come with a belt?
The buckles do not come with a belt unless stated in the description but we have belts for sale that go perfect with our buckles.
Can you make me a buckle with a picture or logo that I have?
I'm sorry I do not do completely custom work but if you are ordering more than twenty-five I can refer you to someone that can.
Can I pick-up my order?
Sorry we can not do pick-up orders at this time.
Where are you buckles made?
Our products are made all over the world. Some are made right here in the United States, while others are from Mexico.
What is your return policy?
You may return you items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the items as long as they are sent back in new and unused condition.
Why won't my credit card work?
Sometimes our system has problems with certain cards. If you continue to have problems try used Paypal to checkout. You don't need an account with them to pay with a credit card through their site. You can also try Google Checkout which also accepts all major credit cards.
Where is my order it has been several days?
If you order has been delayed it may be because your item has shipped and it is simply taking a little longer than expected to arrive. Another explanation is that our stock levels where inaccurate and we are trying to restock your item to ship out. If we are unable to restock within a reasonable amount of time we will refund your money immediately.
How do I change my order?
Well if your order hasn't been shipped simply email us at: email@example.com and we will see what we can do.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, on all domestic orders we give tracking numbers. Just log into your account to check the status of your order.

We will do our best to find whatever product you are looking for.

Are all of your products licensed?
